Here are two bridges built for Brio and Thomas the Tank Engine type wooden railways.  These truss bridges were built with parts from the Bridge Street Toys Bridge Mania set.  You should be able to build it with the Tektôn Truss Bridge set also. 

Here we see a Lionel Great Railway Adventures (discontinued) "Daylight Express" engine pulling a heavy load of Brio passenger cars, and a Brio “Mallard” locomotive steaming across a quite long truss.
